What exactly is a wedding content creator?+
Your personal documentarian for the day. We capture candid, behind-the-scenes content of your entire wedding on iPhone and digicam, shot for social media and delivered back within hours, not months. Equal parts storyteller, hype team, and the friend who always gets the shot.
Is this the same as a videographer?+
No, and that's the point. Together with your photographer and videographer, we form your media team, and each of us plays a different role. The photos go on your wall. The film gets played on anniversaries. Our content is what you post the next morning and rewatch on the honeymoon flight. We work alongside your other vendors seamlessly. Never in competition, never in their shots.
Will we even notice you on the day?+
Barely. No rigs, no lights, no directing. Just one person with an iPhone and a pocket-sized digicam, dressed like a guest, moving like a guest. My whole approach is built around you forgetting I'm working.
What do we actually receive?+
Roughly 50 to 150 candid clips and photos per hour of coverage, typically around 70% video and 30% photo, including those nostalgic flash-lit digicam shots (we'll happily customise that ratio to you). Add edited highlight reels and a same-day sneak peek, and everything lands in a private online gallery within 48 to 72 hours, raw files included, with full rights to post, print and share. Your gallery stays online for one month, so make sure to download and back up everything within that window.
Who will capture our day?+
Me, personally. Besa Weddings is founder-run, which means the person you chat with in your enquiry is the same person capturing your day and editing every clip. No handoffs, no "which creator will we get?" You book me, you get me.
What's the investment?+
Every wedding is different, so rather than one-size-fits-all pricing, we create a personalised proposal around your day: your hours, your locations, your wishlist. How does payment work?+
A 50% retainer secures your date, with the balance due 14 days before the big day. We accept bank transfer and card payments, and full details come with your personalised proposal.
When should we book?+
The moment your date is locked. Because every wedding is captured by me personally, I can only ever take one wedding per date. So if yours is set, it's genuinely first come, first served.
Do you only capture weddings?+
Weddings are our heart, but not our limit. We also capture engagements, elopements, bridal showers, hens parties and events. If it's worth remembering, it's worth content. Just mention it in your enquiry.
Do you travel?+
Anywhere love takes you. Local celebrations, destination weddings, elopements: travel is quoted in your personalised proposal.
